They have had a history of political instability, slow economic growth and sanctions from the international community since their independence. In addition, poor governance, corruption and political slander hinder the provision of basic services to its citizens. Other parameters include low literacy rates, high unemployment rates and high external debts.<\/p>\n<p>However, it is no longer disputable that global organizations like the IMF are helping to improve the macroeconomic conditions in these countries. For example, most debts are written off while others are exempt from interest rates. Since the 1970s, it has been marked by bad governance, terrorism and political instability. This has resulted in great poverty for its citizens, who depend heavily on the working population. However, the life expectancy of the inhabitants of this country is estimated at 60 years, with only 32% of its population literate. The per capita income of the United Nations is estimated at less than $ 1,885. It is also one of the most unhappy countries in the world. The country has 10.5 million people, 81% of whom live on less than $ 1.25 a day. In addition, the country is frequently affected by natural disasters and the life expectancy of 56 years. In addition, the country is tainted with corruption after 20 years of civil unrest which has claimed more than 200,000 lives. Average per capita income is $ 804, with a small population of 4.4 million, 80% of whom earn less than $ 1.25 a day. There was the 7.0 magnitude earthquake that hit the country in 2010, knocking its struggling economy to its knees. The country has nearly 10.5 million inhabitants, with a per capita income of $ 1,850. Much of the country&#8217;s development takes place in central Uganda, where the country&#8217;s capital, Kampala, is located. It enjoys a better standard of living thanks to industrial and agricultural development.
