It is said that there is an Indian cemetery and that it shelters at least 12 different ghosts, in Myrtles Plantation, in Louisiana. Built in 1796, the ghost stories tell the story of an old slave named Chlo\u00e9, who had his ear cut off after being caught in the act of listening. To take revenge, Chloe killed two of the master&#8217;s daughters by poisoning a birthday cake. Baker posed as a doctor and turned the hotel into a hospital that could cure cancer. Have you ever had chills? Norman, who had a fetish for the color purple, painted many parts of the hospital in purple, and today the fireplaces remain the same color. In addition to wearing purple shirts and ties he also drove a purple car.<\/p>\n<p>People came from all over the world hoping to cure their cancer, and many of those who were treated died.Ultimately, Baker was exposed and fled the city, and today the property is an active hotel. With a rich history and an elaborate decor, the hotel is best known for its legend of the &#8220;Lady in Red&#8221;. Although the date is not yet clear, the story goes as follows:<\/p>\n<p>A woman was murdered in her room on the fifth floor &#8211; some say that she was a jealous ex-boyfriend. In the 1950s, as the establishment reached its peak, more than 2,400 patients lived in inhuman and overcrowded conditions. Some were even kept in cages. In 1994 the asylum closed, and today there are reports of paranormal activity, with the souls of patients lingering and wandering the rooms.<\/p>\n<p>You can take a night ghost hunting excursion from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. at the asylum.
